Welcome to Full of Joy Photography where our specialty is photographing Joyful people.

Lindsey Vavra owns and operates her boutique studio located in Harlingen, TX.  Lindsey's passion for the art of photography started when she had her first child.  She remembers taking her old 35mm camera and snapping away constantly to preserve that memory.  She has since studied through the New York Institute of Photography and continues to attend many workshops and seminars taught by prestigious photographers.  In 2005, Lindsey started her business out of her passion for creating art and life long memories through photography.

Lindsey is a wife and mother of two awesome little boys ages 8 and 4.  She understands deeply how important it is to capture those memories of your precious little ones before they grow and the sweetest moments have passed.  Lindsey's passion is to capture precious memories for you while providing a Joyful experience.  We promise to cherish these fleeting moments with you.

It was such a pleasure to capture both the maternity and newborn session for this beautiful family.   Both mom and daughter are beautiful and have the most gorgeous hair.   I kept thinking during the maternity session, “I hope the baby will be born with headful of hair.”  He did and it too is gorgeous!!!!

Baby boy is so sweet and was a dream to work with.  Big sister was amazing too and was so proud.  I had so much fun shooting their sessions!  I have the best job!

I cannot imagine what it is like to be the wife of a Marine.  It is such great sacrifice for the entire family.  I am thankful their service and sacrifice.

Thank you H family for the privilege of capturing your beautiful family during this time.

November 22, 2015 - 7:02 pm Helmuth - Poster frames are farliy inexpensive at Michaels or other arts and crafts stores; you may have broken a frame that was replaced with a custom frame (usually very expensive) or a moderately priced one that seemed expensive to you at the time. I do recommend that you dry mount the posters so they don't ripple.

Isn’t little girl just too cute?!  I love her fully cheeks and her dark brown eyes.  She is gorgeous!  And the coral color was perfect compliment to her beautiful skin.
